As I have previously stated I personally know 3 people and myself who are part of the private placement.... We are all long FACT.

Trying to scare people with the pp is getting old. The share count is the count... SNEY is not dumping shares. Call the transfer agent and get the share count. SNEY spelled out in a pr the share structure. Unless you have proof showing otherwise then the smoke and mirror trick is done.

Fact... the CE is important but having the "goods" is many times more important...... The CE is being worked on we know this is a fact. It will be fixed and by then you can have lots of shares or lots of tears.....
