True, they were buffoons and released the Super 8-K that the SLMU-SPFM merger was complete at 4pm on Friday, May 13. Inexcusable.

But even at that time everyone knew it was going to take some time to get financing. Tomorrow is the news we are really waiting for. And it is being released first by a GM press conference at 9:00 a.m.
