The big event in recent days was they moved to smaller offices in a strip mall. And today's short int report shows the shorts covered 12% (300K shares) at the same time the share price dropped by about the same %, which is very common for TIV.

The reason why TIV is at 50 cents is likely because the market place still feels the new CEO has not improved TIV's credibility enough in the year and a half since ousting the last CEO.
