All they do is tell us about how much they care about shareholders - yet according to them they are all ready "prepared" to release new deals but they have not released them.

We sit here headed back to .04 and they are sitting on info? -------

The reason they have not released is a very simple explanation --- they have no deals ---- just more "sound good words" they through it into the 10k to appease us so they can work on there exit plan.


It will happen --- all UBRG shares will be wiped out or we will receive some conversion for new shares for a brand new company. The conversion will all but wipe us out --- they will get a boat load of new shares in new company --- hype the hell out of and then sell off all those shares,

They are working on this now and its just a matter of time before they release that PR ----- they will tell us for the good of the company --- the only way to survive --- at least you didnt lose everything ---- despite what they have tried to accomplish and did accomplish the stock just wouldnt move and the only way to move ahead is by forming a new company.
