Don, I am glad to see you have a sense of humor - I was joking.
I owned a lot of a POS bio - BCRX - years ago.
They had something for the flu that was originally partnered with J & J.
J & J gave up and gave all the rights back to BCRX when it became apparent it couldn't be made into an oral.
To make a long story short, the drug got super hyped when the bird flu scare hit. I was giving the CEO advice on the message board -
get some big money involved (two weeks later the Baker Bros came on), get some PR (they hired a PR person a couple of days later),
etc,etc,etc...
Of course it is preposterous to believe it was anything more than coincidence but I made a ton on that POS and EVERY time I posted a suggestion to the CEO it happened a few days or weeks later.
I have always wondered if Dr. Bugg read that message board.
