Quepasa discloses subpoena from New York Attorney General
Quepasa disclosed in a regulatory filing that it recently received a subpoena from the New York Attorney General seeking records relating to the company's operations including specific information regarding e-mail marketing practices. "We intend to co-operate and supply those documents we believe are directly relevant to the inquiry, although our attorneys have advised us that their inquiry is pre-empted by federal law in the absence of any deceptive acts," Quepasa said.
