Why can't they raise money in a private placement? This is what they really need. It has been pointed out that their strategy is OK but with a very small workforce they remain unduly impeded. If they had $5M to work with they could probably do some monumental things, and quickly. They would need to make a very logical case for a future valuation that investors could buy into. Their past 12 month numbers should help with that argument. I think a sizable outside investment could be very favorable to the stock because if the investing company was legit, and better yet not just a pure financial player but a strategic option and at least a reasonably recognizable name in the space, that would be quite reassuring to all investors in MRNJ. Does anyone know if they are or have aggressively pursued this option? Storm, anyone? And if so what has happened or why do you think this is or is not viable?
