don't remember what exactly happened but EDGH was trading @ like .15 when it got buyout news of like a 1 it opened @ .25 then ran to .70 that day then never recovered, i never really followed it after that, but just like with MTDX a few days after first announcement they raised the offer to like 1.50 course it never happened as EDGH is now trading @ .05
