It is in the Agreement with DUTHCESS
The Dutchess equity draw down Agreement is very dependent on stock price and volume. We can only draw down cash based upon a portion of stock that they can sell.
That is why they filed the S-1. They dump those 40 million shares. Now we move up easily. I think the next news will be insiders buying. Last Friday somebody purchased 9 mil shares and it didn't even move and today somebody purchased 13 mil shares and it didn't even move. Remember Insiders hold majority of the shares.
