Yes, dilution. But its not plain and simple. In the pink's you are used to seeing dilution as a means for the CEO to milk money out of his company before he runs off to hide in Bermuda the rest of his life.

I believe in HNSS we are seeing positive dilution where shares have been sold to fund growth and expand the company. I think we'll see evidence of this in the coming months.
