I totally agree Joanie! I am the same way. I just will not put up with bad language, personal attacks or off based posts. I just removed one yesterday that you can probably see as it had no basis for EBIG.

I can tell from your posts that you would be a good assistant. Rich is also. Have not heard from Tyler in a while though. You can see by the posts, that I have only removed 2 in about 6 months. So I am lax to an extent as well and try to see both sides as you do.
