You got several answers to your question. I don't remember seeing your comments on them. Some people who buy shares are investors some are traders. If you are a trader it may not be a good idea to buy now. The pps could be even lower tomorrow. Investors are concerned with long term prospects. If the company's plans are realised the pps may be above a hundred dollars per share in 2-3 years.
