You never know until it happens. Black could actually be laying some foundation for a properly priced buyout, or, this could just be another pinky.

Hard to believe it is the latter based solely on the fact that Black has been involved with HNSS for over 10 years. If its a P&D, it is the longest drain in the history of pinksheets.
