Not trying to drive the price down. Just asking some basic questions about the company that Black should be more than willing to answer but he never does. Gives us great PR's with no subsequent follow up. Large German companies interested in microfill machines(see PR last November), negotiations with Fortune 500 companies, announcing a full disclosure is forthcoming only to cancel it a week from the deadline, saying he wouldn't dilute only to find an increase in the OS with the last set of financials, etc. etc. A CEO has a fiduciary responsibility to shareholders-we invest our money in his company and he is supposed to let us know what he is doing with it-that's not happening yet.
