My 2 cents...being on the Grey sucks no matter how you look at it. Being I'm in under a penny I'm just squeeking by. Can I sell? I don't know.
Yes somebody did come up with a list of suspensions (about 40 from 2007) and said he found 4 that returned to pinks. Board found 1 of the 4. Fact is some do get off the Greys.
This board could sit here for months and debate how many got out of the Greys but the bottom line is the odds are not good to returning to the pinks or above.
When it comes to ANWM getting popped in the first place can be another question to debate. IMHO somehow, somewhere, somebody must of brought ANWM to the Sec's attention. I really don't think they just pull out the phone book and random page pick one to investigate. Something triggered an alert.
Was it Premiere? Well what do we know about this newly formed company? Nothing really! Many asked for more information about Premiere but nothing has been offically presented.
Then the Pres. Georgos Androutsopoulos name appeared. Again it was asked for more information on this person but nothing has been offically presented. It has been said he is the nephew of KA. Has that even been offically been presented? No.
There was gossip on this board about there was gold in them thar hills. So what do we connect to that issue? From the OTC page...

So at this point when it comes to Premiere...it's a company who's Pres. is Georgos Androutsopoulos who is running this company out of his appartment in NJ. That's it!
If one wants to bring credibility to ANWM, they need to first start with Premiere and Georgos. Facts, no gossip. Not I know but I'm not gonna tell you. Not they don't have to. This is a simple and important concern. At this point IMHO no info means nothing is credible about anything connected with Premiere.
Was it the talk of supposed coming financials? Again this was first talked about on this board and was nothing but gossip. We've been waiting for months since the first words of the financial gossip started. We've heard this and that but what do we have to date? Nothing. Should we get an offical update elaborating on the status of the financials? Damn right.
We've heard about MM this and 211 that but what has come out offically? Nothing but board gossip. We've heard Medlink this and Mdelink that what do we have? Nothing. O yes some say this and that but what has been said by the company? Just one PR from New Jersey. Was that Medlink or ANWM?
Was the suspension due to KA? Who knows we could sit here and debate that till the cows come home. Speaking of KA IMHO this is another area where everything dealing with ANWM and KA is nothing but gossip. One problem is KA is the IR person. Well the IR should not present any area of questionable doubt when it comes to ANWM. What do I consider as questionable doubt? The PHONE ME POST! Could that spark the SEC suspension along with the the gossip of the Georgos Androutsopoulos nephew issue? I don't know.
To this point we have a company ANWM that is nothing but gossip on the Greys. No further information then what is presented above. Will it get off the Greys? Nobody knows. What are the odds? Not good.
Why did I invest? When KA starts posting "we are buying" I suggest you get in on the ground floor. Even at that your not in as low as he probably is. Would you have made $ before the SEC issue? Yep. Did he? Smile. Did one of his long time followers make $? Yep he said so. Did KA get caught holding? I would think so.
Where does ANWM stand at this point? As long as on the Greys...screwed. If ANWM ever gets off the Greys I think it will climb back up. How you ask? The same way as it did before, with gossip. If any of the above blanks are filled in it might even go higher. But until we're off the Greys. The other stock is doing better. LMAO
