Spoke to Marcum LLP late today. They wouldn't say how much progress they had achieved re SEC/LLEG. Only thing stated was that there is NO CRIMINAL MATTER that is of concern.
Thought this most important FACT.
Surprised they would state that.But glad to hear it!!
