IMO yes, I think it is good news. If you'll read the PR closely. They are looking out for the share holders best interest. I didn't think so at first. When I saw the words REVERSE SPLIT, my mind shut down. What it actually says is in order to sell out for .20 per share they were gonna have to do a reverse split. The PR before that says they should be complete with the B3 CAPITAL STUFF this month. When that news hits, I believe it'll run again.
