WHETHER OR NOT YOU WERE IN ON THE DEAL PERSONALLY AND WHETHER OR NOT YOU EVER DID OR STILL DO GET PART OF THOSE RENTAL RECEIPTS.
They want to know how much money was lost by Expo Holdings Inc. in 2010 and what it was lost on. They want you no more than three (3) months behind on filing 10Qs and a 10K.
IMMEDIATELY FILE THE 2010 FINANCIALS IN PRECISE DETAIL. THEN THE 2011 1Q 10Q. THEN THE SECOND QUARTER BY 9-30-2011.
Explain what happened to the "new CEO", the ETC spinoff, the Southern Candle purchase and what PIPE funders have been used, when, to what discounts and to what number of block share sales.
PUBLISH ALL THE DIRT YOU HAVE SWEPT UNDER THE RUG FOR THE LAST FOUR YEARS. PEOPLE CAN FORGIVE A LIAR AND A CHEAT IF THEY COME CLEAN, BUT THEY WILL HOUND ONE TO THE GRAVE AS LONG AS THEY KEEP CHEATING ABOUT THEIR LYING AND LYING ABOUT THEIR CHEATING.
