Exactly! It would be foolish for anyone at the company to release any news with the SEC and FBI investigations. They would be liable. I have a feeling the only news anyone will be hearing going forward is about more resignations due to the fact if they stay on board this sinking ship they could end up being sued by investors someday. JMO.
