Seems like it should be easy enough. Place a bid at 0005, and wait for it to be hit. With a float of 2.4B, and relatively very little of it having been in trades since the suspension there's a lot unaccounted for. Will folks sell as their cost levels are hit? Try to average down while catching a falling knife? Or sit, and hope for a miracle? I still intend to try a swing trade at 0002. It may take another week or two to get there.
