Related:Retailing & Restaurants Catalina Lighting, a Hialeah-based manufacturer, distributor and designer of lighting products, has a new owner.
Boyne Capital Partners, a Miami-based private equity firm, said its Evolution Lighting LLC affiliate bought Catalina’s assets out of Chapter 11.
“As we look to grow the business, Boyne’s considerable experience in the consumer products arena will accelerate our growth and the realization of our business plan,” Catalina CEO Cory Meyer said in a news release. “Aligning ourselves with a proven financial partner such as Boyne provides a solid foundation to promote our growth well into the future.”
