Just spoke with the company. Catalina formed a new company called "Evolution Lighting" selling the same products as before. They also retained the ticker for obvious reasons. I spoke with the CFO's assistant and left the CFO a voicemail. The CFO's assistant has been with the company a long time, when it was trading under ticker CALA. I specifically asked her if there were any rumors of them using the current stock that they retained after co erring to Evolution Lighting. She was VERY tight lipped about sharing anything, which to me is a good sign that we will see Evolution Lighting trading and reporting under this ticker very soon. Think about it, if there was no intent to take evolution lighting public, then why would they retain the ticker and not just tell me straight up that there's no plans. The fact that they retained the stock and was very tight lipped tells me this could be BIG.
