And I am backing up your statements by 100%!
IMO they just lost it and the only news that would have a positive effect on the pps would be the selling of the company or a widespread change in management. We had plenty of these so called good news within the last 8 months with growth of revenue, growth of memberships etc. - with no effect at all to the pps in the long term other than further going down.
