Something not adding up: this stock in triple zeros???? Is this stock taited by something in past? .62c within the year.. then 10 of 12 months in red???

they claim to have revenue and assets generating a book value far, far above where pps is now.

So... whazzup?

Is this a tremendous bounce/bottom play or...

just another pos, ran into the ground by corrupt management?

continuing my DD, but any input is appreciated. TIA
