GNPG- Dropping for good reasons. Smart traders read the 10-k and the 10-Q and are exiting. Everyone else thinks an 8-k about another worthless acquisition is going to raise the PPS, but it won't.

.02's are just upon this one, then eventually sub-penny where it belongs. Happy holdings ;)
