Hi Matt - it is extremely relevant in the case of HQNT because ONT is suing Timothy Miles of Our Street. Timothy Miles has allegedly fled to Slovakia to escape litigation. A lot of the HQNT detractors seem to be overseas in origin - hence the question. Nothing wrong with decent questions about the stock though.

Having said all that, I am an overseas investor, but I don't mind admitting it.
