I believe the answer to that might be that we are a hybrid of equity/debt.....where as the other sub bonds are debt. I am not 100% positive on that aspect however. I could be totally wrong we will just have to wait to find out. Your point about losing 15 billion of NOLs if they cancel any debt is right on point Linda. That is why I think our little cap trusts will be fine....I think we will at the VERY LEAST get in the neighborhood of 20% like many of the other debtors. Think about it....it only takes 1.2 billion to pay cap trusts at 100 percent, I think they will pay us something around 20 percent or upwards of that in order to keep 15 bil of NOLs. JMHO
