I have a troubled feeling. Goes something like this. Obama comes out and names someone who will be making an improtant announcement. Then whoever it is comes along and explains how serious the problem is, and that they are still working dilligently on the problem. But expect a reselution soon.

Kind of like the Obama Gietner "two step" during the banking debacle.

Just my humble opinion. 2 step, just like that fat little sheriff in the greatest little whorehouse. Rather appropiate when you think about it.
