Not sure if disclosure is even on the table anymore. Ever since the buyout negotiations started taking place, disclosure was put on the backburner.
Yep, Black should have laughed the $0.01 per share offer right out of his office. Instead, he issues a PR recommending we accept the offer only to turn around a week later retracting that statement and instead recommending we do NOT accept the offer (this came after much discussion on iHub as to how undervalue and insulting .01 per share was).
Always a possibility. If the patents are more valuable than we know about then Black could be trying to own as much of the float as possible before a large buyout offer.
I'm keeping everything I own for now. Still in the green and I'm willing to let it right a bit to see what Black's next move is. Either he takes the long investors with him to a FMV of HNSS stock, or he tries to halt any upward momentum until we, the longs, finally give up and sell him our shares on the cheap.
It'll be interesting to see if we get a PR this week. Not sure if we will keep the higher volumes we've been seeing lately but hopefully there is still quite a bit of interest.
