How do you know the suit is phoney? Has mmte come out and said this is the case? It's hardly laughable. These are serious allegations which have damaged the company and it's share price. So your saying no money was transferred? Or is that phony too? If WL did accept the wire than some of what they claim may have merit ? Did he send the wire back since there was no signed I agreement ? What was the mention of RICO charges as well.
