...thank you, "Rawnoc" for your informative response...

...but I did not see any PR's from the SEC stating that in fact this "Wells Notice" had anything to do with a "Tier 1 restatement viloation"...in fact I see no releases from the SEC at all...

...how did you come about this information that the matter was merely about a "restatement"...Duke...
