For those who claim Kendrick was never a 10% holder and for those that claim MGMT never sold please explain something...

In May of 2006, the Company did a 250:1 reverse stock split and changed its name from Advantage Technologies, Inc. to
Expo Holdings, Inc. The new shares issued from this split totaled 187,156 shares. The company then acquired all of the
outstanding stock of D&D Displays, Inc. in exchange for 40,000,000 (forty million) shares of stock in the Company (Expo
Holdings, Inc.). Additional shares were issued in the Company for settlement of an outstanding promissory note totaling
7,079,808 shares. A total of 470,192 shares were issued for services rendered.
Additional Paid in Capital total $5,016,555 was netted against Retained Deficit due to the reverse merger in May of 2006.
In June of 2006, the Company sold 2,160,000 shares of stock for $108,000.
In 3rd quarter of 2006, the Company increased the authorized number of shares to 1,000,000,000 shares, changed its par value
from no par to $.001 par value per share, and did a 10 for 1 stock split in August of 2006. The Company sold 2,600,000
shares of stock for $52,000.

So 400,000,000 shares went to the owners of DD Displays. JD owned 104 million, Malone 125 million, and GH 104 million. That leaves roughly 66 million shares.

Who owned the other 66 million shares???? Sure seems like Kendrick did based on SEC filings. Sure seems like he also sold them according to SEC filings.

Malone sold his too according to SEC filings.

Spin away JD supporters, although I actually expect that nobody will be able to answer, because the numbers are just too much proof.
