Dietary Changes that are interesting:

Dropping: Eggs, Cheese, Butter, Steaks, Hamburger, Fish, Chicken

Adding: Pasta and Red Sauce, Pasta and Basil Pesto, Rice and frozen

Veggies, Rice and fresh asparagus, Rice and Fresh Broccoli.

attempts to lower cholesterol, and fat content. Not Atkins Diet approved but that diet is way too loaded with bad heart stuff.
