I think that the concept of DD, due diligence, for GERS is a misnomer and should no longer be used here. There can be nothing diligent about analyzing and interpreting information that is deceptive and misleading. We can read everything written by the company and make our best guesses as to its meaning in the face of what we know to be information slanted for purposes other than informing investors. I suggest we use the phrase BG, standing for best guessing. Perhaps better would be BDL, best disentangling of the lies. Yes, that works; we do our BDL on GERS.
