ha I've seen people on multiple occasions buy his picks without even doing any DD. He sends an email and almost instantly the stock price shoots up. I've seen the emails where he states his opinion on the company and the disclaimer and the fact that he knows people just scroll through and ignore all of this. I think it's a little bit of a stretch to say he is "screwing shareholders".
