Has anyone wondered why we have such a long lead time for this RS? Most RS I've been involved in have only a one or 2 day notice..Only requirement is a one day notice although it takes about 30 days for the company to get all their ducks in a row for a RS.

Read post 17229 to verify my above thoughts.

So why is GERS giving us a month or more to digest this? Do they have a motive to do it this way?
