At .017 I agree what is the downside?

If you believe the filings, which we as investors have too. Then it all is correct. I have read all of the February 10k and it shows as I have stated.

To be honest with 3.1 million O/S this price makes no sense. I asked the same thing when I saw it at .015 and a market cap of 45,000 dollars. Little downside upside could be huge.

With trading you must conquer your emotions and be very disciplined about your goals.
