Wondering when they are going to increase the Authorized shares to include the VCTY purchase... and when is this share-buy-back supposed to happen????

All talk and no walk makes this a very weak play and suspect.

Still trying to figure out how they got ASCC with no money... ahhh they bought it with 800 Mil useless shares they gave to VCTY was it?... then said they were buying it back? But no one was identified as to who was buying it back and how much it was paying for them. That is unusual to make a statement and not back it up with facts.... or was it another forward looking dream statement?

Makes you wonder now... do they really own ASCC? if they haven't actually purchased it? And why does the so called CEO make baseless statements? nothing in the bank nor financials.... really looking forward to seeing them.
