#1-SHARE STRUCTURE-Look at dates. Look at number of shareholders then- What about now? Has it grown .Is that not positive news. Not earthshattering but IMO important
#2- Go to PHARMSTAR FACTS-Are we still in a small scale production facility in Rocky Mt .NC? Can find this out if you track down news wire.Some wil,some wont. Good to know initial birth, more important IMO to update often great progress on any HOMEPAGE IHUB OR ELSEWHERE ABOUT THE POWERFUL FUTURE!!
#3 Page done in April. Will Aquaprin be ready from this point to become available in retail market in the next few months from April? Did any shareholders invest initially and then check recent news and find otherwise and we lost them? IMO YES!Cut losses and go. Didnt bother to DD how strategy has changed and makes good sense.
#4New product rollout should pop out at you and carry the weight it does. Not get a couple of statements on a newswire or media source that some might miss. Home page mentions but no pop and not up to date.
#5 IMO bigtime for me as an investor or potiential new one. DO NOT at this point mention Bayer group and its product or GlaxoSmithKline and theirs UNTIL your third party claims are done.IMO any delay or hesitance in third party claim when you go up against these GAINTS and PHAR will FLATLINE. Not worth the risk IMO. WE KNOW ALL IS GOOD ON THIS SUBJECT, ITS NOT THE WE's WE NEED, ITS THE THEM's. Howard as a chemist and CEO addressed this in a well placed newswire, thats enough for now.Could backfire in a PUBLIC company, ok for private to challenge Again IMO.

Some do a little digging,some do a lot.WE KNOW THE WHOLE STORY, WE KNOW THE TICKER CHANGE, ANYBODY DOUBT A POTIENTIAL INVESTOR MIGHT HAVE LOOKED NO FURTHER AT CLARIFICATION IN NEWSWIRE AND WENT ON THEIR WWAY? IMO YES

IMO the GRANUTEC item doesnt need to be so prominent or overkilled because if researched properly it might give some a negative tone,or might not have intended reaction. $ VOLUME DID MOST OF ITS INCREASE AFTER IT WAS SOLD, HOWARD WAS STILL WITH TEAM. WAS it a public company? NO ,in my reseach it meant a little to me but from a different research perspective.

#10-PICS are well taken but now are ancient history. Should now pop out at you with new plant, new lab,COMPLETE OR NOT, WILSON,NC as a PHARMACEUTICAL HUB,,new exciting product line,etc..Still appears smale scale. 2people, nobody working, etc.
#11- None of these are meant to imply CEO and PHAR are not Intelligent proffessionals and are doing great on some forfronts but this area is horrible. Next in line on page is another full length write up on HOWARD. Well deserved. IMO it is does not need repeating. Might give someone to think we have no other info to fill up homepage. Dont look at things that we already know. Look at it from this might be first place a person looks and decides to go no further in research. Doesnt always infer that this person didnt have big money and would spend it here, and if he doesnt go further he is not a wise investor.
#12- Next in line.Merger info. Remove any reference to shell BMGI. Not even relevent.If anything OVERKILL the fact this BMGI is a ghost and has nothing to do with PHAR. Explain Process of why the shell helped him enter market faster.

#14-Latest PR,s. Self explanatory!.Yes, will most find current PR,s? Yes if they look.IMO, PHAR must highlight on their homepages no matter what media sources all current newswires. Some pinks that have problems send no current PR,s,never keep homepages up to date for a reason.. PHAR should be the opposite in that. Doesnt have to fabricate anything. Too much good items to promote ,some that are constantly changing.
#15-SALES POTIENTIAL IS NEXT..Big key for me is marketing,putting UMPH into where your at on every level and make it current, not old stuff that does not invite a person to go further. If a TV spot and occassional newswire is the buildup to this awesome product that is soon to be ready to go into market, PHAR must,not need to,thay must do better.

I love the brainstorming thats going on right now ,its awesome. Bucks is perfect for it and is very organized.
But IMO and rightly so, it was initiated due to PPs slide and the various accusations as to why and not much on aggreeing to disaggree and work on a solution. ATTA BOY FOR BUCK IN THIS REGARD. But you and all know it was done because of frustration of how fruitless the board was acting.

My theory is , LOOK at .04 pps timeline. Please dont take my word,look at perfectly timed release of 32mill re valuation, BAM next day first CC and .04 PPS came in. Did we still have these maybe phantom enemies that we thought we were fighting? According to previous post we were heavily engaged.There is a negative group out their and pinks trading risks are one, enemies of carryover shell that can be dealt with from PHAR MGT. NOT BOARD. BUT does or did the slide go down solely for that reason ? A BIG NO IMO. A SLIDE DOESNT HAVE TO BE FROM .03 DOWN TO.009. A SLIDE IS A SLIDE. GOING FROM .043 DOWN TO .023 IS A HUGE SLIDE. Wouldnt make you feel so bad would it? Well timed pr and cc got a .04 uptick, PHAR and the marketing strategy as an "Infant Company FAILED to recognize what helped the PPS and failed miserably to change and create the" BUZZ". WOULD IT HAVE HELPED MAINTAIN THE SLIDE BETTER? IMO YES I DO. ALL OF THIS CAN BE DONE AT THE SAME TIME OF DETERMING IF THEIR IS SOME OTHER FORCE HURTING.
Thats a fight PHAR can win. Right now play the cards you are dealt until your dealt new ones ( big news, revenue coming in etc). UNTIL THEN STAY CURRENT ON EVERYTHING, NO NEED TO FABRICATE, PUT SOME KICK IN THE EXCITEMENT OF AQUAPRIN AND ALL ITS PROMISE OF POTIENTIAL AND THE PRODUCT LINE EXPANSION.
FIGHT THE BATTLES THAT MIGHT EXIST BUT I LIKE TO CONCENTRATE ON WHAT IS SO OBVIOUS NOW THAT MIGHT MAKE SOME DIFFERENCE.IS IT THE ANSWER? NOT at ALL. Get a proffesional web designer, a skilled point man to keep PHAR NEWS HIGHLIGHTED AND CURRENT. Might say well that cost money. This slide will cost way more than a good Marketing point man. The current employees concentrating on other functions and trying to do this will fail miserably IMO. I just think this is a tell tale sign of being in Private company sector and now the whole new ballgame PUBLIC. Not a reflection of Intellegence.. Its just there are 4000plus employees that PHAR is beholding to put forth even the simplist of ways to succeed. ITS INVESTORS.
What ever is found on any fact finding mission if the battle is not looked at all fronts, even the last place we would think to look. WE will loose.

IS their anybody on this board that maybe due to economy, not wanting to dip into household budget, unsure stability in national debts effect on market or whatever that are not willing at this point to wage a war to do defeat what we fear thats killing PHAR hurting PPS , can you buy in larger volumes??? I cant and wont, i dont care if it gets down to .003. If we say get em at this it sends a negative tone IMO to some investors. Get them that low and ill play russian roulette from there to say.015 and do well. Production is to far off they figure. I DO NOT WANT ANY NEW INVESTOR TO GET THAT IDEA WITHOUT AWESOME UPDATED PR,s. DISPLAYING THE FULL PROMISE OF PHAR. THEN THE BUY CHEAP NOW AND KEEP THEM WAY LONGER IMO .. ANY body that has said that im not bashing.
