Again I ask

What reasonable company with a real product and a real management team is going to pay millions of dollars cash plus assume more millions in debt plus make a buncha Ihub children wealthy plus wait 18 months when they could easily buy any one of hundreds of clean listed shells available on the market for the going price of $200K and be in business in less than 60 days?
