Even if all you say is true, and some things done were beyond stupid, and even if JBI was fined $1 million dollars, such a fine would not be a threat to the company, if you are using threat in the way I would use threat, as in could destroy the company. But, maybe you mean threat on a less severe term, as in a threat to hurt the bottom line for awhile?

And BTW, I am by no means trying to trivialize the Wells Notice, the $10 million credit stuff or the continued impacts of really stupid mistakes, I am just saying we should be clear in what impacts we ascribe to these mistakes and we should try to be objective.
