Agreed .... this party boat needs to get rolling ... but one thing that strikes me as confusing... lets say that Vick did sign the Fuse contract and fully committed to it but somehow mistook the MusclePharm deal as not 'a breach' ... what if the slip-up is on Vick's part and he signed both contracts? ... What then becomes in such a situation ... Although Fuse may have had Vick first, MusclePharm does not sound like they would be willing to release Vick from contract? ... In such a situation, how do you deal with that without court battles... .and since Fuse is rolling out plans fast, they'll need to take care of this situation asap and move on without Vick if that's going to delay things... sure hope they find a workaronnd to all this mess fast... its great publicity but only if Fuse finds a clean way to keeps things rolling and in positive territory ... Of the two, I think Vick's chances of success and reward lie in the Fuse alliance ... of the two companies, it seems to be Fuse that will be taking the market by storm, not MusclePharm.... just my 2 cents... Lets enjoy the weekend and let this thing unfold when it does ...
