Why is the FLOAT greater than the OUTSTANDING? How can that be? Sorry to be repetitive but I figure someone will reply sooner or later

Is this "Newbie" missing something?
I was looking at the iHub detailed quote for GERS a moment ago and noticed the float is greater than the outstanding.
How can that be? Is there a typo? Anything to do with insider or institutional shares? Is this double counting?
I'm confused.
