He posted a cellphone number:

Dear Mr. XXXXXXXXX,
As you have noticed, we have been halted trading Thursday and Friday, but we have resolved the situation on Monday afternoon. A misunderstanding with our transfer agent is the reason for this extraordinary measure to have happen. We have taken all necessary dispositions to correct thesituation.
We would like to apologize for the inconvenient it might have caused, and we thank you for your comprehension.
