Ive said many times on this board i can spot a wise investor a mile off. You are in that group. I always try to give a GOOD POST ATABOY whenever i can.

I carry alot of emotion in some of my posts and its because i can feel the worry, scared posts of some that come out as anger. There is money to invest for some and there are some that might feel like, WHAT THE HE-- have i done, this thing is tanking.
I like to post to try to encourage those ,to offer something real. Trading data to some is worthless, even though if they were trained in it to understand it might at least show patterns.
I just believe in only 4 months charts and flows are worthless, just not time enough to establish. I wish i was as good as you and some others at this.
I without question have more tied up in Phar than anyone of you. PROBABLY.. Alternative fuel ,better than gold several years back,I made a lot of money on some but the last one scammed me for 56k dollars. That company spun off several times other companies one being BMGI the shell that Howard bought. To appease some of the shareholders that lost but still were their cause the 48 hr drop happened before some could react. I had 2million shares and was given dividents in 3 spinoff companies sold two of them kept BMGI and was within a week of what i projected to hit my limit order to sell. Would have recouped about 20k off that. In a blink of an eye with no notice it had one of the largest r/s done Etrade said they had seen, to get Howard to have a decent pps start.
Moral of the story i got screwed bad. BUT,HUGE BUT...I overcame my anger by research before i moved on to never determined to never get in pinks again. Have several on big boards but slow moving. If i can overcome a be firmly behind PHAR that is a miracle as angry as i was. I can survive,, take money from me that im building for my kids and grandkids and that puts me beyond anger... Put it this way,i flew to Dallas Texas and spent 3 weeks looking for a certain CEO. Blessing probably that i didnt find.. So skeptical with PHAR at first i had to go to NC, see some things for myself, talked with Chamber of Commerce ,checked Courthouse records, even went to check with power company to see whose name it was in.. Now thats bad.. I came back ,bought 1/4 million shares @.03. Had a lot of left over BMGI as well. Thats a firm refence of faith in a company that is totally separate from the shell BMGI.
Maybe no one gets my point i feel sometimes. Its the transaction,the r/s split to make the deal for Howard that put the double whammy on BMGI people that had been spun and spun for years. Thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars lost to get PHAR on the market fast.. MY RESEARCH CONCLUDED THAT WAS A SMART MOVE FOR HOWARD..BUT IVE BEEN TRYING TO TELL YALL THERE ARE SO MANY ANGRY INVESTORS THAT STILL THINK THIS IS JUST A SCAM SPINOFF THAT HAVE A LOT MONEY AND SHARES TO DO DAMAGE. BELIEVE ME,,IF I HADNT WENT TO THE EXTREMES THAT I DID TO FIND WHAT I NEEDED,I WOULD HAVE BEEN ONE OF THEM... Most are not willing. If they can get wind through news wire,homepage IHUB,facebook,website they might realize they are angry at the wrong CEO. Total opposites.
This board is not the place to tackle some issues, this being one of them. Some f those investors could care less about reading IHUB board,, so i wanted PHAR TO PUT OUT A CLARIFICATION UPDATE ON THIS SUBJECT, NO DEBT ACCUMILATION,NO DILUTION TO DATE TO TRY AND GET THEM INVOLVED WITH THIS GROUP OF ANGRY INVESTORS AND SOME THAT ARE JUST WONDERING HOW WHAT IS SAID IS GOING TO HAPPEN WITHOUT DEBT. Use some CC remarks to try and diguise the real subject.
I look at the other side of charts on this one, its personal on some areas when you dont even get a reply when a suggestion to help is made.. LITTLE THINGS CAN MAKE HUGE DIFFERENCES WHETHER WE WANT TO BELIEVE IT OR NOT.
I hope no one thinks im bashing on this but since im not going to post for a while and just read and digest for a while.
PHAR WITH HOWARD AND HIS BRILLIANT PRODUCT IF IT WORKS AS CLAIMED IS A GOOD INVESTMENT. That being said if they say they dont want to be like pinks, transparent ,financial the whole works they need to get more proffesional and up to date on PR skills. All things with rollout and progress seem to be jam up. LOOKS AWESOME. But an infant Company with so much promise the Marketing skills and timing of PR's and tv promotions absolutely suck. Sorry but they do!! This is being handled like a private company, its not, it has several thousand employees, (investors included) that has to be accountable too. Right now ,the presentation to the exchanges on newswires need to be eyecatching and well timed. TV show needs to be immediatly stopped. Hire a pro now, not later.
I look at details on this subject like, the IHUB home page for PHAR. Used to be listed with old BMGI stats, very misleading, Common Cents got that fixed. The Company descript under message showed another Company profile that was in bankruptcy. Ruckmusher helped get that changed. Did some one read that and say NO WAY ,probably. I was waiting a little longer on the Phar homepage for IHUB,, that thing should pop out with excitement, new building pics, new product line pics new location,new phone #. IMO no excuse for this not to be done and done proffesinally to HELP in any way to promote. Nobody gives a rats a-- where they came from,its where are we going. Might have other media sources as well but the ones that use boards this promotion needs to be better to get some to even stop long enough to read. Good luck all and i hope new plan will get clarity of who is on board and recieve updates I have a solid foundation for PHAR ,it doesnt have to get bottomed out before getting qtr results results of getting rolling.

GET HOWARD AND COMPANY TO PUT SOME OLD BURNING FIRES OUT THROUGH WELL PLACED NEWS WIRE BLENDED IN WITH OTHER UPDATES. IT SAD ,BUT ITS TRUE DUE TO BEING MIS INFORMED, PHAR HAD HORRIBLE ENEMIES FROM DAY ONE , IVE TRIED TO HELP ON THIS ..
