If you are willing to just make money and not try to get rich then it can be a good play.

For sure, selling covered or even buying puts could have helped me alot. All hindsight or mostly.

Sorry you have such a low estemation of JS. He is becoming irrelevant anyway. In that regard, "forward looking statement..." seems to mitagate the mistatements, or lies if you prefer.

I guess it all comes down to what works. As Zeev or turnips would say "think like a criminal", probably very good mindset given recent history of many public corp/insiders.
