If it were required to have a position in order to have an opinion than WSJ, CNBC, MSNBC, etc.. Would not have an audience. The typical discussion is from many perspectives but the most valuable ones are those with no position in the subject. It certainly would not be a question to be asked during the discussion process, along with long or short. Those that do not have a position typically have a clearer picture as they are not biased by emotion, that is the number one barrier in good decision making.

Pawson and Fisher will have some form of ownership in this new shell, the question is in what form are they given, Note Payable or beneficial ownership? I am leaning to a Note Payable since it will be easy to place in a filing and shareholders will not question to whom because it will mature sooo far from now that it will be meaningless. It is the ticking bomb in all of these shells, much like BNPD, amazing a year ago how BEHL had gotten it's hands on that shell and now it is in turmoil over those shares. So like clockwork expect the typical "awareness" campaign that was paid for by a non affiliated party and a sudden Float increase along with PPS decline.

The real question is how everyone currently holding for hope will feel after the RS? The word is out on the street that management is going to RS in order to get DTCC clearing back and of course bring the SS back to a reasonable size. It appears it will be a 1000 to 1, taking BEHL to .10. All of this will eliminate the DTCC clearing issue, remaining notes payable and a share structure that allows for capital growth.
