what a great deal....spending $40,000 in return for 400 million shares....thats quite a discount

why couldn't MMTE sell 27 million shares and generate their own cash.....or discounting 50% to an accredited investor is still only 54 million shares ( based on a pps of .0015 )

just did the math....they got shares for .0001 - wow
