As shown by the Disclosure Statements the CT's (LEHKQ, LHHMQ, LEHNQ, LEHLQ) which is under CLASS 10B will be paid in full.

1. December 31, 2010 Balance Sheet page 280 of the Disclosure Statements - TOTAL ASSETS is $250.700B

2. The Estimated Plan Recovery page 298 and CLASS 10B Redistribution page 430 of the Disclosure Statements are showing the ALLOWED CLAIMS to be paid in full before CLASS 10B will receive payments:

CLASS 3 - $83.724
CLASS 4A - 52.127
CLASS 4B - 11.563
CLASS 5 - 52.702

With the above facts, as shown by the latest Disclosure Statements, there will be an excess of $50.5840 Billion which is now more than enough to pay in full the CT's (LEHKQ, LHHMQ, LEHNQ, LEHLQ).
