Then you don't have to. On the Term Sheet just put in how many shares you are willing to sell at .01.

The offer is not to buyout 100% of HNSS shares, someone only wants a majority stake. Therefore, if you choose to keep some or all of your shares they will still be valued at whatever the market deems fair.
